Raw Material Quantity Estimate by HYPKO [for Paver Blocks]-v1.0

How to Use:

  1. Select Paver Block Design: Click the image to select design of the paver block from the provided options.
  2. Select Paver Block Thickness: Select thickness of the paver blocks, if you are confused please scroll below for the thickness guide.
  3. Mix Ratio Selection: Choose the raw materials ratio for Color and Concrete Mixers. If you want to input your custom ratio, Select Custom Ratio Option.
  4. Provide Production Rate: Enter the number of paver blocks produced per hour.
  5. Calculate: Click the "Calculate Requirements" button to get the raw material requirements.
  6. View Results: Review the hourly, shift and annual raw material requirements.

Traffic Type Definitions (IS 15658:2006)

Non-Traffic: Areas are defined as areas where no vehicular traffic occurs.
Examples: Building premises, monument premises, landscapes, public gardens, parks, domestic drives, paths and patios, embankment slopes, sand stabilization area, etc.
Light-Traffic: Area is defined as a daily traffic up to 150 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 kN laden weight, for a design life of 20 years.
Examples: Pedestrian plazas, shopping complexes ramps, car parks, office driveways, housing colonies, office complexes, rural roads with low volume traffic, farm houses, beach sites, tourist resorts local authority footways, residential roads, etc.
Medium-Traffic: Area is defined as a daily traffic of 150-450 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 kN laden weight for a design life of 20 years.
Examples: City streets, small and medium market roads, low volume roads, utility cuts on arterial roads, etc.
Heavy-Traffic: Area is defined as a daily traffic of 450-1500 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 kN laden weight for a design life of 20 years.
Examples: Bus terminals, industrial complexes, mandi houses, roads on expansive soils, factory floor, service stations, industrial pavements, etc.
Very Heavy-Traffic: Area is defined as a daily traffic of more than 1500 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 kN laden weight for a design life of 20 years.
Examples: Container terminals, ports, docks yards, mine access roads, bulk cargo handling areas, airport pavements, etc.
